Well, the bunny isn't really near completion so giving feedback would be mostly telling you things you already know.
It is a good start, but I'm not sure the blending is a smart thing to do. I believe a more cartoony style would fit it a lot better with the windows phone environment.
Also I'd suggest you to fill shapes in roughly and then decide from where the light comes and add all shadows / highlights.
